A local van shuttle transports guests between clubhouses and vacation rentals during clubhouse hours.

- Free on-site parking.
- Maximum of 10 vehicles per unit. Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, as spaces are neither assigned nor reserved.
- Street parking is not permitted overnight and may be subject to towing. Guests should park only in designated areas or driveways.
- No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted.
- Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense.
POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heating system uses heat-exchange technology, which relies on outdoor air temperatures to operate efficiently. During cold weather, heating may take longer, and the system may be unable to reach or maintain your preferred water temperature. In very cold or freezing conditions, the heater’s built-in safety mechanism may temporarily shut down the system to protect the equipment, further affecting heating performance.
Please note refunds will not be issued if cold weather or other outdoor conditions prevent the pool from reaching or maintaining your preferred temperature.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 for the entire stay
• HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
• CHECKING IN AND OUT

Please note: To avoid additional cleaning or repair charges, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules.
When Guest checks out of the Unit the Unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If damage is found at the Unit, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file the cost to fix or replace the damaged part in case of non observance of the house rules or damages. Guest agrees that Guest’s credit card on file may be charged to cover any such damage.
6% Fee for any Cancellation to cover transactions costs. For a 50% refund of the deposit, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. Applicable processing fees and taxes will be retained and remitted.
This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of Master Vacation Homes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
